Any good way to handle Stress

Due to more work load and also possible Trading losses, the Stress level i am having from seem to be much higher, before it got out of control.
It would be good to listen to some advice on how to handle stress. Especially from Trading losses.

When i make money during my trade i will usually keep a small part of it for my shopping or buying some stuff that i like, the trick is i will go shopping only when i make a losing trade or did not do as well, so some of the down days after kinda ok . when i am back home it would remind me to work harder as the money come from the up days of my trading.

You need some kind of break from your work to get rid of that high stress which is hampering your daily working life. You don't need any full break. Just have some short break to refresh your mind.

Agree with you. I have also faced same kind of problem few months ago and at that time I could not do any type of work properly for high stress. I took some break to get rid out of this high stress.

Agree with you. For reducing this high stress level, you need to make your mind happy. You need to manage some free time in which you can enjoy your time in your way. In this way, I hope you can reduce your stress.

I will suggest you to have some free time in which you will think that what is the reason behind your high stress level. Then you need to find a way of your own to reduce that stress level in your life.

Managing the high stress level is not so much easy. Because we don't get much time to have some time in our liked way in order to manage that stress. Only thing that can reduce stress is reducing work load.
